The Timeshare Consumer Protection Center is powered by ARDA so you must be biased. ARDA represents millions of timeshare owners on a daily basis; supporting legislation reforms to protect timeshare owners from unfair taxes, stop predatory behaviors that harm timeshare owners, and much more. That advocacy does not end when a timeshare owner decides they no longer want or need their timeshare.
You must be getting paid. Sorry to disappoint, but the exact opposite is true. Unfortunately, the process of getting out of a timeshare has become riddled with fraud. Timeshare owners are being inundated with fraudulent promises from a growing number of timeshare exit companies. The end result decades of happy timeshare ownership is ending on a sour note, and that just can’t happen.
So, what’s the catch? There isn’t one.
