Contact Your Timeshare Company, Resort or HOA:
Contacting your timeshare company, resort or HOA and informing them that you have been the victim of fraud by a timeshare exit company will accomplish several things.
First, they may have a timeshare exit program of their own to offer you. Most major timeshare companies offer buy-back programs for little to no cost.
Second, they may be willing to work with you to get you back on track with any missed payments.
Lastly, they can warn other timeshare owners to help prevent others from being swindled.
Our advice: Follow the steps above, along with the advice of the agencies listed and any attorneys you consult with, to have the best chance at recovering from timeshare exit fraud.
